Yes. We are an insurance agency, not an insurer. Insurance companies pay us a commission, so you pay nothing extra for our comparison, advice or support.
How long does it take to get a quote and certificate?
Most quotes are ready in under 2 minutes. Once you accept and pay, digital certificates are usually issued within 30 minutes during business hours.
Are you regulated?
Yes. Imana Insurance Agency is licensed and regulated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya.
What documents do I need for motor insurance?
Usually your National ID or passport, KRA PIN and vehicle logbook. We'll let you know if anything else is needed.
Can I pay via M-Pesa?
Yes. We accept M-Pesa (Paybill details come with your quote) and bank transfer.
Do you help with claims?
